“The curds?” Masaki made a face. “We don’t have any, and I find cheese curds fills you up faster, anyway.” He carefully poured the gravy over the cheese and fries. “Oh, yas, now they’re melting! Perfect!”

Christophe took his fork and tasted the newly made poutine. “...Oh, this is… this is actually delicious!” He ate another bite. “I have to bring this back to Langran- I’m sure this would be the perfect pub food!”

Masaki grinned. “It’s already pub fare in Canada, so go for it! Langran will love it.”
