I haven't played Ranger in too long, lol. I forgot juuuust how big Wailords are!

Also, unrelated: we gotta do some Claypollo scenes at some point. I picture Apollo being drained after the first/second investigation day and Clay offering his lap as a pillow.

And Clay getting all hissy-snarly at John and Jill when they threaten to attack Apollo for daring to question them about the incident. (Asking why they seem okay with a kid dying, or asking if they camp out in Arbor Forest often.)

Considering it goes straight into Éclipse making her first real appearance (first site of her 'in-game' would be her trying to get to that healing lake, but can't because it's a crime scene?)... YAS.

ALSO, reading New Directions 6 gave me thoughts on John and Jill's motive for framing Misty. Before they took J&J's identities, Misty and Jill-as-herself bumped into each other at a store and Misty had the cheek to get annoyed thinking Jill wasn't watching where she was going and, well, Misty can have a temper. So Jill developed a hateboner for Misty in addition to the Ketchums and John enabled her.
